Raw food helps people to reverse diabetes in 30 days
I spent my evening being absolutely inspired and blessed from viewing a film! I must admit that my motivation for going raw came from viewing a movie trailer. The trailer was for a documentary that followed the journey of six individuals on a 30 day 100% raw transition. I toyed with the idea after seeing that trailer, did some research and swirled the thoughts around in my head. I even tried it for a few days in short bursts, but never fully committed myself to a full 30 day challenge until the start of this blog. All of that inspiration from one movie trailer, huh?!! Yes, the trailer is THAT amazing and more! Click Here to See the Trailer for “Simply Raw: Reversing Diabetes in 30 Days” Tonight I was able to see the film and it was even more amazing. A local raw food group sponsored the viewing of the film, and it was absolutely a blessing to watch. I fell in love with each of the subjects of the documentary and will watch it many times over to renew my faith and belief in the power of the raw way of eating.
Many familiar people are featured in the film including Morgan Spurlock (Director of Supersize Me), Tony Robbins (Peak Performance Coach), Woody Harrelson (Actor) and Rev. Michael Beckwith (Spiritual Leader, The Secret). The film is only available online, and you can order it though the link here or by clicking the banners. Currently the producers are also offering some amazing free offers along with the purchase of the film, so it’s definitely worth checking out!
What is Raw for 30 Days all about?
So what has me so worked up about the film? First, the INFORMATION was so full and thorough. It made me want to research even more about the raw food lifestyle. Second, the subjects of the documentary were so transparent and honest about their journeys. The movie was realistic about the struggles that a person goes through when changing their life, and was unflinching in some of the ugly truths that go along with the effects of harming your body with food. It was painful to see some of the skin issues that the characters had from their illness and some just from being overweight. Finally, I walked away from the film feeling a strong connection to the characters because the quality of the storytelling was so great. The film was well put together and weaved the story of raw foods and education into the story of the 30 day journey. This film is a must see and gets a five star rating from me!
